Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ¥10,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Fukuoka, Japan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

No Waiver

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of these terms shall survive, including but not limited to provisions related to intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
